Paddle Board Lesson
Paddle Board or Stand up Paddle Board is a relaxed way to take to the water. A Paddle Board is a long wide, Surf Board. It has to be, long and wide to offer the stability needed for you to stand up. You will need one important thing? Balance. The first couple of times you might find it difficult to stand up and keep on the board. But do not worry, with a bit of practice you will quickly master it
Along with the board, you also have a long paddle. With your feet spread apart across the board to keep yourself stable, you use the paddle to stroke the water on each side, one after the other. This will move you forward and also control your direction. The longer and faster your strokes, the faster you will go.
